After sitting in a seminar all day yesterday at Deakin by 5pm I had less then 6000 steps. What to do!! A few laps of Kmart going up and down aisles, then whilst waiting for my daughter to finish cheerleading training a few laps of the car park. Later at home, I wore a track in the lounge room pacing up and down. End result, over 15,000 steps.
that's just pure motivation.... awesome!
